Tata4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using tata4d's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all provisions set out below.

1Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the tata4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Use of the tata4d platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Are a resident or citizen permitted to use such services under local laws;
- Not be on any self-exclusion list or enrolled in any active responsible gambling protection programme;
- Not act as an agent or representative of any third party without written authorisation from tata4d.
Tata4d reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify user eligibility. Accounts that are unable to verify their identity may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on tata4d. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential;
- Ensuring that the registration information provided is accurate and up to date;
- Notify tata4d immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation;
- Ensuring no other party uses your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
Tata4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account. Users are advised to enable the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature available in account settings.

3Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the tata4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). tata4d does not accept transactions in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the user's bank or payment processor.
Accepted deposit methods include Boost, Touch 'n Go, FPX, and other local internet banking options displayed during the deposit process. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by method and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the tata4d account holder;
- Tata4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits;
- Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the method and financial institution involved;
- Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity or account hacking will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
All confirmed bets are final. tata4d will not void valid bets except in cases of clear technical error on the part of the platform, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Users are prohibited from using the tata4d platform for any activity that violates the law, including but not limited to:
- Identity fraud or providing false information during registration;
- Using automated software or bots to exploit the betting system;
- Any form of collusion with other users to exploit odds errors or bonus systems;
- Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the technical operations of the platform;
- Using a tata4d account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Tata4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users due to service interruptions, technical failures, errors in odds display, or any system downtime beyond our reasonable control. tata4d's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the affected user's current account balance.
Tata4d does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. We reserve the right to carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance that may result in temporary limited access.

- Illegal financial activity
5Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Tata4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that:
- The user has breached any of the terms in this document;
- The account has been involved in fraudulent activity or system exploitation;
- The registration information provided is false or incomplete;
- The user has been found accessing the platform from a restricted region;
- There is a legal compliance requirement or directive from the relevant authorities that necessitates it.
If your account has been suspended, you may contact tata4d's customer support team for clarification and, where applicable, to initiate an appeal. tata4d will review your case and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
Users also have the right to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the security review is complete, subject to the relevant identity verification requirements.
Regarding intellectual property: all content, designs, logos, tata4d brand names, software, and platform interfaces are the exclusive property of tata4d or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or reuse any of these assets without our explicit written consent. Any third-party website links that may appear on the platform do not imply that tata4d endorses or is responsible for the content of those sites.
6Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Tata4d reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the tata4d platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where tata4d operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to an appropriate formal dispute resolution mechanism.
